about 29 hours ago, Dad said the words that made Mom know this was serious... "Take me to Hospital!" Dad will not ever ask to go to hospital for casual needs. This had to be serious! Well, it's now diagnosed as gall stones. He's scheduled for surgery this morning sometime after 9am. This was our Air Pacific 747 that carried us 10.5 hours across the Pacific to Nadi, Fiji. We arrived at 5am and had a Ukelele Team crooning Island Greetings so we wouldn't be stressed when we found out that our ride wasn't there. And noone answers phones at 5:30am on the island!
